There are many benefits of joining the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition. Our advocacy and public policy activities have been very successful in Annapolis in the area of affordable rental housing. We keep our members informed on legislative and policy issues that affect the affordable multifamily housing industry in Maryland, and we advocate for financial resources and program changes that will have a positive impact for our members.
