TO ADVOCATE as a collective voice for affordable rental housing in Maryland by ensuring adequate public and private resources, efficient, effective, and inclusive housing programs, and strong support among public officials at all levels of government.

TO EDUCATE members through events and programs that allow the affordable rental housing community to network, share information and best practices, and advance our advocacy mission for affordable rental housing.

TO COLLABORATE and create strong partnerships with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and government agencies and groups involved with affordable rental housing in Maryland.

TO PROMOTE and support members as they advocate for issues that are important to residents living in affordable housing communities.
