May Energy Efficient Design Discussion Group Meeting

Join the MAHC Construction Committee for our discussion group series on energy efficient design and construction practices.  Our topic for this session is Build Tight & Minimize Mold Risk.  Ken Levenson of 475 HIgh Performance Building Supply will join us from Brooklyn, NY to offer a closer look at the enclosure assembly components and building systems:  what factors drive up mold risk?  What factors lower mold risk?  What common sense steps can we take to be sure multifamily buildings are safe from mold damage?  Ken will discuss some of the methodologies, materials, details and systems that can help make high performance low risk.
