Mediation and De-Escalation Training for Property Managers

Join us for a special training event for Property Management staff.  Come learn some new communication and mediation skills to help you deal with difficult residents and de-escalate tense situations with your residents. Trainers from the Anne Arundel Conflict Resolution Center will provide a two hour course tailored to Property Management staff.  Free for MAHC Members.
