We've got a great panel lined up for our March Brown Bag Lunch! Join us to hear from a group of developers who have created housing units for the homeless. They will share their experiences and lessons learned including how to choose experienced partners, creative capital and supportive service funding, and how to successfully serve this population's advanced needs. DHCD has a goal of increasing the number of affordable housing units for the homeless, but funding them is a challenge, so please join us to learn from this experienced panel. Speakers include Katie Allston (Marian House); Nichole Doye Battle (GEDCO); Anthony Butler (AIRS); Jim French (French Development); Dan McCarthy (Episcopal Housing): and Russ Snyder (VOA Chesapeake).
MAHC will provide drinks and desserts, so bring your lunch and join us for this event.
