Bond Financing 101 (2018 session)

Members who are new to the affordable housing industry, or those who want to brush up their skills, are invited to join us for a Bond Financing 101 Session to learn the basics of structuring a deal with bond funds.   Presenters include a private and public lender who will discuss how their funds work, and a housing developer will provide a recent example of a deal they closed using bond financing.  Speakers include:
