October Brown Bag Lunch

Join us for the October Brown Bag Lunch at Ballard Spahr's Baltimore office for an introduction to the concepts and programs commonly used to develop affordable housing.  Firm Associates Courtney Hunter and Amber Mohr will present their "Affordable Housing 101" program for MAHC Members and provide an overview of the common definitions and acronyms, key players, financing tools, and key HUD programs used to create affordable housing.  This session is perfect for new developers or non-developers who want a better understanding of affordable housing finance.
