Bond Financing 201

Join us for the second course in our Bond series - Bond FInancing 201.  During this session we will delve into more complex bond financing structures and compare short term bonds, long term bonds, and risk share deals.  Presenters include private and public lenders who will discuss how their funds work, an experienced bond attorney, and a housing developer who will provide several recent examples of bond transactions they closed in Maryland.

  PARKING:  Please park in the garage next to DHCD on the second level only.  Look for the blue tape on the ceiling indicating the DHCD parking area.  Cars will be towed if parked in the residential area of the garage.  DHCD is also accessible from the New Carrollton Metro Station (Orange Line).
