MAHC 2019 Annual Meeting

Registration

• Early Bird Member – $125.00
  Discounted Tickets Price Available through September 13, 2019.
• Exhibitor - Table add on – $250.00
  MAHC Members who have already purchased seats or received complimentary seats but want to Exhibit may purchase an Exhibitor Table for a reduced rate. Includes a 6 foot skirted table. Electric or wifi will need to be purchased directly from the hotel.
• Exhibitor Package – $600.00
  MAHC Members are invited to showcase your business as an Exhibitor at the Annual Meeting. The Exhibitor Package includes one exhibit table, one meeting ticket, and a 1/4 page ad in the Meeting Program.
  
  Wifi and electric are an additional cost and must be contracted separately through the hotel.
• Full Page Ad in Event Program – $1,000.00
  Full color 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Ad in the Annual Meeting Program. Artwork must be submitted as a PDF file. Art services available for an additional fee.
• Half Page Ad in Event Program – $500.00
  Full color 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" Ad in the Annual Meeting Program. Artwork must be submitted as a PDF file. Art services available for an additional fee.
• Member - Table of 8 – $900.00
  Non-Sponsors can purchase a table for eight guests. A table will be reserved with your company name on it in a priority location near the front of the room.
• Non-Member Ticket – $165.00
  Non-members are welcome to attend at the rate shown, or consider joining MAHC now to receive a lower ticket price. Memberships purchased through the remainder of 2019 will be honored until December, 2020 so you will receive member benefits for up to 16 months!
• Nonprofit Sponsor Complimentary Seat
  Nonprofit Sponsors receive one complimentary seat to the Annual Meeting.
• On-Site – $165.00
  Registration is available the morning of the event at the rate of $165.
• Quarter Page Ad in Event Program – $300.00
  Full color quarter page (2 1/4" x 4 1/4") Ad in the Annual Meeting Program. Artwork must be submitted as a PDF file. Art services available for an additional fee.
• Standard Member – $140.00
  Advance Registration available from Sept 13 - October 18, 2019.
• Table Sponsor Package – $1,700.00
  Not a MAHC Annual Sponsor but want to support the Annual Meeting while showcasing your business? The Table Sponsor package includes one reserved table for 8 guests and a full page ad in the meeting program.
