March 2020 Brown Bag Lunch

Join MAHC in March to learn about the Federal Home Loan Bank's upcoming Affordable Housing Program (AHP) Competitive Funding round. AHP provides up to $500,000 per project to help finance the development of rental or owner-occupied housing that is affordable to families earning up to 80 percent of area median income. The application round is now open and closes April 2nd.  Home Loan Bank staff will join us to discuss the funding program and answer all of your questions.
