August 2020 Brown Bag Lunch

The brown bag lunch series is back and going virtual! 

Join us on August 25, 2020 from 12 – 1:00 pm to hear what it takes (besides patience) to get your LIHTC project to closing during COVID.  This session will feature a discussion with lenders, syndicators, and an attorney who will discuss changes to the underwriting and closing process, and what the current bond and tax credit equity market environments look like.  We will also hear from several developers who are actively working to close projects, and the challenges they have faced and lessons they have learned going through the closing process in this remote work environment.
