New to housing development or property management and trying to understand Maryland's disability housing programs and how they work? The Maryland Partnership for Affordable Housing (MPAH), a collaboration of the Maryland Department of Disabilities, Health, and Housing and Community Development, is here to help you understand the basics of these programs from lease-up to occupancy and the ways in which property managers can make use of the Tenant Issue Process when working with residents. They will also share information about a new state-funded housing voucher program launching this fall.
