Two seasoned affordable housing developers will walk you through the pro forma of a deal they recently partnered on and share the various financing sources they used and why. We will also be joined by their lender who will provide their prospective and what they look for when investing in a LIHTC deal, as well as an overview of the various debt and equity sources they offer.
