Join MAHC for the next installment of "Affordable Housing 101" where we will focus on Affordable Housing Design. Our panel of Architects are all seasoned professionals with extensive experience designing LIHTC-financed multifamily housing. They will each share an overview of a project they worked on and discuss the design considerations and approaches. They will also discuss the design elements that are required and/or encouraged by the Multifamily Financing Guide in order to score maximum points on a Tax Credit application.  

This session is part of a series of learning events designed for non-developers or newer development staff to learn more about the affordable housing development process.
