Job Type: Hybrid position (3 days/week in-office, 2 days remote)
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000
The Director of Asset Management is responsible for overseeing the asset management department of MHP. The position includes consulting on asset acquisitions and dispositions, developing property management standards of performance. The Director will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer on refinancing properties, prepare reports for the Board, overseeing operating budgets analyzing tax bills and managing the long-term capital needs of properties. The Director oversees and manages the Asset Managers.

The Real Estate Senior Development Project Manager (RE SPM) ensures the long-term viability of residential developments by managing all aspects of real estate development; all phases of project development, from beginning to end (long life cycle stabilized operation), to include assessing acquisition opportunities, structuring complex financing, hiring and managing consultants, architects, designers, and GCs, and overseeing development projects through renovation or new construction, including managing the budgets and draws.
