  After 5 years, Housing Day is back in person in Annapolis. Please join us to show our legislators that the DHCD Rental Housing Funding is bringing jobs and affordable housing units to Maryland and urge them to provide level funding for key rental housing programs in FY 2027.  Affordable housing provides Maryland residents with a safe place to live and raise their families, and it helps grow Maryland's economy. 

  Join us in Annapolis for Housing Day to learn about MAHC's legislative initiatives, network with other housing professionals, and show our legislators that affordable rental housing matters!

  Please join us in Annapolis for a special Legislative Session Happy Hour after the DHCD Capital Budget Hearing.  Light refreshments will be provided and there will be a cash bar. 

  The closest parking garage is the Gott's Garage off Calvert St. Limited 2 hour metered street parking is also available on West St. and the residential streets nearby.

  Register

  Please join MAHC, CDN and other advocates and tenants from across the State for a day on Capitol Hill to meet with our members of Congress. Meetings will be set up in advance. We will meet at the Lutheran Church of Reformation (212 E. Capitol St. NE) between 8:30-9:00am to prepare and then head off in groups to conduct our meetings. We should be done by 3pm, but you can leave early if needed. This will be a walking event, so wear comfortable shoes and pack light.
